Through a free-flowing format, you’ll be guided to explore or remember different aspects of yourself in a welcoming space that encourages vulnerability, fun, joy, and even tears.

Creativity is a Cathartic Release

All you need is an open heart and an intention for your piece. We begin each class with a collective meditation, which sparks an interconnected flow of creativity that draws your intention from your heart through your fingertips, and onto your canvas. At the completion of each class, we bless each piece of art through another group meditation.

Private classes and 1:1 available upon request.
